A small note about time

Every strategy must clear the wall. If it can't survive the scrutiny of time, it doesn't matter how smart it is.

The first filter on any decision isn't "is it a good idea." It's "do I have time for it."

Most failed strategies weren't bad ideas. They were good ideas with the wrong runway.

The cash shot clock

Cash balance divided by average monthly burn. That's the number. Run it every Monday. If the number is shrinking, you're bleeding time. If it's growing, you're buying time.

Everything else is downstream of that.
